MEET OUR LEGAL TEAM IN NEPTUNE, NEW JERSEY

Benjamin Madnick established the law office upon his admission to the New Jersey Bar in 1939. Mr. Madnick, a former Neptune City Magistrate, practiced law as a sole practitioner until he formed a partnership with Fredric M. Milstein and Patrick S. Mason in 1963.

The firm has been serving, with integrity, our clients for over 70 years. In fact, many families have been our clients for generations. The firm of Milstein, Weber, and Collazo, a professional corporation takes pride in the personal attention it gives to every client.

We have been recognized by the New Jersey Assembly for our commitment to the community. We welcome the opportunity to represent you in all the areas of general law.

RICHARD J. WEBER

Since 1972, Richard Weber has been serving our legal practice with an incomparable level of commitment, dedication to his client, and knowledge that our team is grateful to have. A New Jersey native, Weber is deeply involved in the community, even serving as an attorney for the Neptune Board of Health, Neptune Township Sewerage Authority, the Bradley Beach Planning Board, and Neptune Housing Authority.

A LaSalle University graduate, Mr. Weber would go on to receive his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. For over 45 years Mr. Weber has been a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. He serves as a member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 816. Mr. Weber was also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1988, and serves as a volunteer for the Pastoral Care Department of Jersey Shore Medical Center.

As a valued member of our legal team, Mr. Weber specializes in general practice of law. Primarily as a litigator.

JESUS A. COLLAZO

For over 35 years Jesus Collazo has served our clients with a vast knowledge base, an unmatched level of dedication, and expertise that has become a valued asset for our legal team. Mr. Collazo specializes in workers' compensation, real estate, criminal and Social Security disability, as well as bankruptcy.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Collazo would go on to receive his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. Upon completion of his education, Mr. Collazo would become a member of the Monmouth County and Ocean County Bar Associations as well as the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. Mr. Collazo is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and Spanish Council.
